Dean is an award-nominated television producer, writer, and development executive with over 20 years of experience scaling the walls of Hollywood.  With an extensive list of credits that includes America’s Funniest Home Videos, Maximum Drive, Sherman Oaks, JJ The Jet Plane, and Unacceptable Behavior, Dean has worked with such recognizable names as Vin Di Bona, Dick Clark, and Chris Bearde among countless others.  Through his years of developing and pitching high-quality shows to studio and network executives, Dean saw the difficulty that even established producers faced when trying to sell shows to “old Hollywood.”  The traditional system screamed of inefficiency.  Dean recognized this challenge as an ideal opportunity to change the industry, and as a result, iBallz was born. 

Dean lives in the San Fernando Valley with his wife, and two children.

Ron brings vast amounts of experience to the iBallz team after years working in entertainment as an agent, talent manager, and TV Producer. Beginning his career in the mailroom at the William Morris Agency, Ron rose quickly through the ranks to become an agent in the Literary and Television department working alongside future moguls like David Geffen and Barry Diller. Over the years, Ron managed a veritable all-star lineup of comedic talent, including Richard Pryor, George Carlin, Bill Cosby, Freddie Prinze, and most recently George Lopez. Ron also managed personal appearances for a number of clients in the music business such as Donna Summer, Barry White, X, Kool & The Gang, The Gap Band, Lee Rittenour, Berlin and Taj Mahal, among others. As a veteran of the traditional Hollywood system, Ron saw the inevitable downfall of businesses and artists not quick to embrace the shift to new technologies. He helped launch iBallz to prepare for this shift.

Danny began his career at Bob Bain Productions where he helped produce several marquee awards shows, including the Billboard Awards and the Teen Choice Awards. After his initial foray in the industry, Danny went on to produce several high quality shows for NBC, ABC, The Discovery Channel, ABC Family, HGTV, The Food Network, and Fine Living Channel. Prior to joining iBallz, Danny spent 4 years as Head of Production for SiTV, the first English speaking Latino cable network.

Danny resides the San Fernando Valley with his wife and two children.

Chris brings over 14 years of experience in both traditional and digital media. Prior to joining the iBallz team, Chris worked in sales and marketing for the Digital Publishing Group at FOX Interactive Media. In this role, he was responsible for generating ad sales revenue, optimizing ad operations, and providing on site training for local ad sales teams from FOX TV stations across the country. Before FOX Interactive, Chris spent 8 years in business development and sales strategy for the Disney/ABC Television Group and Disney/ESPN Media Networks. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University in Northridge, CA.
